Be objective - Do not let your emotions interfere with your decision making

Respect differences - in others and value their qualities

Learn from your mistakes - There is no such thing as failure only feedback

Support your manager - as he or she supports you

Be enthusiastic - about your work and you will inspire others around you

Be results orientated - this will help you to be more motivated, and leave you with a sense of achievement
