Elevator Speech

I'm Inspired

Everyone should have an elevator speech for that time when you find yourself in the lift with Alan Cook, or anyone else who could advance your career!

The purpose of an elevator speech is to be able to answer the question "What do you do"? In a concise and effective way, leaving the listener with a clear understanding of who you work with and how you can help. And to not send them running in the other direction!

Why Am i inspired?

  • We Know that change in your environment is never easy - hence the Inspire Coaching Modules to help 'Post Office Limited' through the challenging, but ultimately rewarding, organizational Design Review.

This unofficial blog site can be several things to several people:
A temperature gauge as to how the transition process is affecting you and your team
An opportunity 'vehicle' to "sound off" your opinions or "let off steam"
A place where you will find some useful documents/links that will help you understand the change process and the vital role that you can play.
Somewhere where you can relax (an d maybe even 'Have Fun!')

So with all the above in mind..... As Nelson Henderson Said (who he? -editor) -

"The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit. "

Let's be inspired and inspire others.
